Dr Mailo joins is back for our 46th podcast! The topic was inspired by one of our friends having a syncopal episode and breaking his noggin. The nasal bones are the most commonly fractured bony structures of the face. Patients with nasal fractures will often present to the emergency department with bleeding, swelling, and bruising. Furthermore, they may have septal hematomas which need to be drained or may cause severe cosmetic complications.
